How to Request a Date Change:
1. Get the Guest’s Agreement
- Date changes require written confirmation from the guest.
- Reach out to the guest to discuss the new dates and ensure they are happy with the change.
- If they agree, ask for a clear written confirmation via message or email.

- Redirect the guests to contact us directly so we can assist them with the modification.
Key Things to Keep in Mind
- Guest Approval is Required → A date change can only be processed if the guest provides written confirmation of their agreement. Without this, the booking will remain as originally scheduled.
- Pricing Considerations → If you, as the host, request the modification, Holidu requires confirmation that the original price remains unchanged. If a price adjustment is needed, due to higher prices, it must be mutually agreed upon by both you and the guest before the change can be processed.
- Alternative Options → Please note that price adjustments cannot be applied to confirmed bookings. If a guest does not agree to a proposed price change, the booking will remain at the original nightly rate that was confirmed at the time of reservation.
In cases where a host requests a cancellation due to an incorrect pricing configuration, the standard cancellation policies will apply.
