The property is close to the Véloscenie cycle route and Perche golf course, 150 km from Paris, exit 4 on the A11, halfway between Chartres Cathedral and the Le Mans racetrack. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with table football and a fireplace for cozy evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, and capsule machine, all around a large table.
One bedroom with a queen-size bed and private shower room completes this level. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a private shower room and two more bedrooms that share a bathroom and separate toilet.
A landing with a reading corner, board games, and sleeping space for two creates a friendly atmosphere. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, heating in all rooms, a fan, a dedicated workspace, as well as a baby bed and high chair.
Families with children will appreciate the toys and books available. Outside, enjoy the private garden, perfect for pétanque, ball games, racket sports, and table tennis.
The uncovered private terrace is ideal for outdoor meals, and a private barbecue is provided. Five parking spaces are available.
