This approximately 60 m² apartment in Sundern (Sauerland) welcomes up to 4 guests, with 14 m² dedicated to a spacious private balcony.
The apartment features one bedroom with a king-size double bed and a living room with two additional sleeping options.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, fan, communal washing machine and dryer, and heating.
Enjoy views of the lake and mountains, as well as toys and books for children. Relax on your private 14 m² balcony with a wonderful view of Lake Sorpesee.
A special highlight is the heated indoor pool (31°C) in the communal area—often quiet and perfect for unwinding.
You also have access to a garden.
Street parking is available, and there is a dedicated parking space.
One pet is allowed.
Events are not permitted.
There is a shared storage area for your bicycles. The apartment is located in a residential complex.
The Sorpesee, just a short walk away, offers a variety of watersports such as swimming at the lakeside beach (open free of charge in summer), sailing, surfing, and pedal boating.

Nur das Beste!Super netter Gastgeber,die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet,wunderbare Sicht von der Terrasse aus auf den See und die Hügel.Das Wetter kann ich nicht so loben, dafür gibt es ein richtig schönes Schwimmbad direkt im Gebäude, das wenig besucht wird.Danke an den Gastgeber für die wunderbare Woche!Ach ja: der ganze Ort ist sehr interessant und bietet einiges an.
