Cocoonr agency offers this charming 80 m² house in Arès, one kilometre from the beach, with wifi (fibre optics), to rent for up to 4 people.
It has a lovely living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a lovely garden.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises - A beautiful living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with central island - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Two bathrooms with shower and bath - Two separate WCs For even greater comfort, the owner has decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
