Il Giuncheto is a peaceful retreat nestled in the Umbrian hills, featuring a swimming pool reserved for guests of the property, perfect for relaxing moments while enjoying panoramic views over the rolling countryside. Its proximity to the city of Perugia and the airport makes it easily accessible, yet from the hustle and bustle—ideal for those seeking peace, rest, and an authentic nature experience.
Guests have access to rooms with independent entrances, as well as shared kitchen and living areas.
The property also offers a children’s play area (2 swings and a playhouse), a private non-swimmable lake where fishing is allowed (with license), and 2 barbecue areas.

Note: the owner lives on-site. The swimming pool is shared with other guests and is open from June 13 to September 19, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The last 500 meters to reach the property are on an unpaved road. Shared washing machine available at a cost of €10 per wash (service carried out by staff).
