The interior is barrier-free.
A baby cot and high chair are available on request for an extra fee, as well as a coffee machine.
Heating is active from November to March with radiators in every room.
Outside, relax on 2 private balconies or access the shared garden.
The property was renovated in 2022 and features triple-glazed windows for optimal insulation.
Public parking is available directly in front of the house, and there is a shared bike storage.
One pet is allowed; events are not permitted.
