Accommodation description
Corner apartment on the 6th floor with frontal sea views, ideal for up to 5 guests. 2 bedrooms: one double bed and one with a bunk bed single bed. Spacious bright living room and fully renovated open kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower, storage room with washing machine, and terrace with sea views. Modern new-build apartment. No smoking indoors (allowed on the terrace).
Wifi: yes. Parking not included. Bring your own bed linen and towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.

Wir sind spät angekommen, es gab keinerlei Probleme. Genug Platz für unsere Familie mit vier Personen. Die Kinder hatten Spaß in ihrem Zimmer, während wir im Wohnbereich mit Aussicht entspannen konnten.

Was worried about the 6th floor but the lift made it easy. Space was bright, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook together. Kids loved the bunk beds too.
