Upon arrival, you will discover a bright living area filled with natural light.
This space features a fully equipped kitchenette and a double wall bed (140 cm). The living room opens onto a balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or admire the evening colours. Upstairs, the mezzanine offers two single beds placed together, creating a cosy sleeping area for two additional guests. With direct access to the beach, you can reach the sand and the sea within just a few steps. Please note: Air conditioning included No Internet access Private parking space in the Residents' parking area Direct beach access A bright and ideally located property, perfect for unforgettable seaside holidays. NEW: Bed linen and towels are included for all bookings confirmed and paid in full at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations made less than 7 days before arrival, linen is not provided.
Please specify the number of beds that will be used so that the appropriate linen can be prepared. Practical Information -Linen is delivered in packs according to the number of guests; bed-making service available at an additional cost -Linen change service available upon request at least 2 weeks in advance (additional charge applies) -Extra charges apply for additional guests -End-of-stay cleaning is not included and is available as an optional service -Tourist taxes are payable in addition to the rental price -Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval has been obtained -The rental agreement must be signed and returned; failure to do so may result in cancellation -Security deposit required by bank pre-authorisation Opening Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday opening only from May to September).
