The holiday home is an ideal base for discovering the many facets of the Salzburg region. In summer, paths lead to alpine meadows, clear mountain lakes and up to the Hochgründeck, where the summit is rewarded with wide views. Around Hüttau, a show mine, quiet valleys and mountain walks of varying lengths await. In winter, well-prepared trails wind through snow-covered forests, and the surrounding ski areas are easy to reach. Cross-country routes and paths for snowshoe and winter walks offer peaceful moments in crisp mountain air, while the nearby thermal spa provides soothing warmth and time to unwind

The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner.
