The approx. 85m² semi-detached house is situated on a quiet street.Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture for four people and a car parking space.Please remember: dogs must be kept on a lead.The ground floor offers a 35m² living room with an integrated kitchen and a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with shower and a storage room.
In the kitchen, apart from the basic equipment, there is a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and an oven.
The upper floor consists of two bedrooms and a guest WC.
One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (two mattresses 90cm x 200cm), the other bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 200cm).
External roller shutters are fitted to all windows in the house.
You can use a washing machine and tumble dryer to do your laundry, which are located on the other side of the street (for a fee).The holiday home is about a ten-minute walk from the beach and two supermarkets are within walking distance (approx. 300m).You are welcome to use our own fitness studio after personal instruction.You can book up to 2 additional people.
There may be occasional noise disturbance due to a nearby building site.

Das Objekt darf erst ab 16:00 Uhr bezogen werden! Wenn man über die Brücke in Usedom fährt sollte man sich telefonisch bei dem Vermieter melden (zwecks Schlüsselübergabe). Alles hat soweit funktioniert. Grill und Freisitz ist da - Spülmaschine und Kamin. Einzig das WLAN ist leider unbrauchbar - sehr sehr langsam also quasi nicht vorhanden. Da auch der Handyempfang von O2 und Vodafone sehr schlecht war - ist die Lokation keine Empfehlung für die Digital abhängige Zielg...
