Can be a five star accommodation for solo traveler or couples. Is a private studio part of a big apartment divided in three separate studios. Fully equipped private kitchen Full bathroom , private use , in the common entrance Balcony with sea and park view Gas heating independent and air condition The apartment is located at the waterfront one of the most beautiful neighborhoods.
The sea promenade is just some meters away and all the parks also.
Walking distance to the center (white tower) is 10 minutes.
There is also very frequent bus service to the center (4 stops) and very easy connection to the airport.
This is a very lively and senior neighborhood of the city.
Is very near to Helexpo, the University, the museums, the parks all at walking distance.
Corner store, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, home cooking delivery are just under the flat providing everything you might need.
A big supermarket is just around the corner.
A range of tavernas , bars, cafes is just there (please ask Erasmus for more information). If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

L’emplacement à 15' du centre et des musées sur la ligne bus 0X1 pour l’aéroport, la gare et la station de bus Ktel et tout près de la mer. Le petit balcon. La fraicheur de l’exposition. Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour Thessalonique mais le prix peut varier.
La disposition des pièces qui croisent un autre appartement et le manque de matériel de cuisine... sinon l’appartement vous rajeunie en étudiant.e erasmus.
