We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest subway station, Casa da Música, is just an 8-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Once you enter, you'll find the first ensuite bedroom, which includes a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, multiple storage spaces and a private bathroom.
Downstairs, designed with an open layout, the living area features a comfortable double couch bed, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave.
Thoughtfully stocked with cookware and cutlery, it provides everything necessary for a seamless cooking experience.
The second bedroom includes a cosy double bed, air conditioning and ample storage for organizing.
A shared complete bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The highlight of the property is the shared garden, where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Great experience in Porto, also thanks to GuestReady's accommodation! Very clean and very tidy, corresponding to what was in the ad! Good communication and kindness from the assistance. Flat in a quiet neighbourhood with nice places to eat and for aperitifs! Metro and bus very close by and city centre reachable in 15 minutes!

The air conditioning temperature was very low for the weather, and the house could’ve had blankets, it was a bit cold during this winter season. Other than that it’s very fine, comfortable and looks like the photos. Recommend.
