The property is located in the charming seaside town of Sistiana, in the Duino-Aurisina area, about a half-hour drive from Trieste.
The accommodation comprises a kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two gardens.

The apartment is arranged on two levels (ground floor and basement).
The space is organized as follows:
GROUND FLOOR:
- KITCHENETTE (gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka pot, oven, microwave, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, and access to the garden;
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers, and access to the garden;
- TWO GARDENS;
- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, and toilet.
BASEMENT:
- BEDROOM with double bed, 22-inch flat-screen TV, and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, bidet, sink, and toilet.
OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, uncovered parking, radiator heating, two ceiling fans (kitchenette and bedroom on the ground floor), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.
