Cocoonr agency offers this charming 110 m² house in Eu to rent for up to 8 people.
It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 84 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
1st floor
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
2nd floor
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds (which can be made into a double bed) and a bunk bed
Outside
- A beautiful 90 m² enclosed garden
- A 25 m² east-facing terrace with a sheltered area and furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Eu, in a semi-pedestrianised street in the historic town centre, a stone's throw from the château and the collegiate church.
You'll have all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Activities : - Visit to Eu city centre - Visit to the collegiate church of Eu - Archaeological site - Castle of Eu - Walks and hikes on the coastal paths - Visit to the Bay of the Somme (approx. 25 mins) - Tasting of craft products - Mers-les-Bains and Le Tréport beaches around 3 km away - Nautical activities - Tourist mini-train in season Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Shuttle bus available in season - Nearest train station: Le Tréport - Mers-les-Bains, about 5 km away - Nearest airport: Beauvais-Tillé airport, approx. 90 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
