Location

Located in Sarzana, at the mouth of the River Magra near the harbour, the tourist complex enjoys a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.

It lies about 5 km from the centre of Sarzana and roughly 4 km from the sea and its sandy beaches, with shops located approximately 3 km away.

From June to September, a shuttle bus operates at scheduled times, providing convenient transport to and from the beach for guests.

The accommodation features an interior space of approximately 32 m² with an adjoining covered veranda.

Inside, there is a sleeping area with a double bed made up of two single beds, and a second bedroom with two single beds.

The living area includes a kitchenette and a single sofa bed, providing an additional sleeping place.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The covered veranda is furnished with a table and chairs, offering a pleasant outdoor seating area.

Amenities inside include a bathroom with shower, satellite TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, and heating compliant with local standards.

Additional equipment available includes a fridge, microwave, freezer, kitchenette, bidet, and baby cot on request and for a fee.

The tourist complex is situated in Sarzana, at the mouth of the River Magra, close to the harbour.

Covering an area of 90,000 square metres, the holiday park lies within the Montemarcello-Magra Park and is largely shaded by Silver poplars and maritime pines.

It is surrounded by the foothills of the Apuan Alps, renowned for their Carrara marble quarries, and is conveniently located near the picturesque towns of the Cinque Terre and Portovenere.
