On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room with a fireplace, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and a private en-suite bathroom, while the living room offers an additional sofa bed for two people.
From the first floor, you can access a spacious balcony equipped with a covered sunbed, a coffee table, and comfortable seating – an ideal place for relaxing summer afternoons and romantic sunsets. In the enclosed courtyard, there is a beautiful 18 m2 swimming pool (6 x 3 m, 1.5 m deep) with heating, cooling, and counter-current swimming options.
