The free local bus takes you to the valley station of the mountain railways in Laax in just a few minutes; the bus stop is only 200 metres away.
The surrounding garden is available for playing, sunbathing or barbecuing.
A barbecue and garden furniture are at your disposal.
In winter, the ski room in the basement offers you the opportunity to store your winter sports equipment indoors.
Unfortunately, smoking and pets are not allowed in this flat.
Unfortunately, youth groups (up to the age of 20) are also not accepted.
Conditions/extras Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of towels per person are included in the total price, as are visitor's tax, electricity and heating costs.

There is a washing machine in the adjoining building, which you are welcome to use.
