Welcome to Zoutelande! This picturesque Zeeland village is an ideal destination for anyone who loves peace and quiet, nature, and of course, the beach and the sea.
Zoutelande's wide sandy beaches are perfect for a relaxing day at the seaside.
But it's also the perfect spot for an active walk or bike ride.
The wide boulevard leads to the highest dunes in the Netherlands.
Directly behind the boulevard lies a lively town center with terraces, shops, and a wide selection of restaurants.
Numerous events such as Jazz by the Sea, ring riding, the weekly summer market, the Zeeland Coastal Marathon, and the proximity of several charming towns like Veere, Domburg, Vlissingen, Middelburg, and Zierikzee make Zoutelande an attractive holiday destination year-round. This holiday home is located on a quiet street near the town center and is part of a detached house, a 5-minute walk from the beach and the town center.
There is a private parking space right outside. Upon entering, you'll find the spacious living room with a corner sofa and a TV with international channels.
The dining table with four chairs offers plenty of space for dining or playing games.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave oven, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
Also on the ground floor is a storage room with a washing machine and vacuum cleaner, a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower-in shower and a large sink, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, a wardrobe, and bedside tables.
The second bedroom has two single beds with drawers and bedside tables.
You can easily get into bed, as the beds are already made.
There is also a separate toilet upstairs.
On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun in complete privacy almost all day long.
Bicycles can be safely stored and charged in the shed.
