The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the South Woods.
Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the beach and the city center with its pedestrian zone and spa facilities.
Sports facilities such as tennis, horseback riding, running, and fitness are in close proximity, as well as a bus stop.
The cycle paths to the north, south, and east are quickly accessible, making our house an ideal starting point for cycling tours.
The two holiday apartments are located on the 1st floor of our house.
Each consists of a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom.
There is an additional bedroom with 2 single beds in the attic.
The small garden in front of the house invites you to linger with its beach chair and seating options.
