We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Dublin Pearse train station, is just a 10-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 52-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.
There are two rooms.
The first bedroom features a UK king-sized bed, while the second features a UK double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Enjoy your stay!

Fantastic location, right next to Grafton Street and a 20 minutes walk from O’Connell. Very responsive team, we had an issue with the blinds and they sent a handyman to (somewhat) fix it. Only complaint would be the Wi-Fi, I’ve never seen a slower thing in my life. It would sometimes disappear entirely and start working again hours later.

There were shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. Lots of sites within walking distance. The property felt safe, room comfortable with a nice kitchen. My only suggestion would be to ask for any extra keys when making the reservation. If you don’t and decide you want one, you will have to pick up keys i...

Enjoyed staying there for two weeks. The apartment looks like on the pictures.
Main entry is a bit inaccessible with multiple stairs and doors. Luckily there was a back entry which was accessible without stairs and only two doors.
