Superb 56 m² duplex apartment, ideal for 6 people, with two terraces and breathtaking south-facing views of the Atlantic Ocean, Chay Beach, and the Cordouan lighthouse.
The bright living room opens onto a sunny terrace, equipped with a trundle bed (sleeps 2 (90 cm).
This main room features a sideboard, a TV, and a dining area with a round table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a sunny terrace: electric hob, extractor hood, mini oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, and dishwasher.
The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine houses a 160 cm double bed, providing a comfortable sleeping area.
A bathroom with a washing machine and toilet is also provided.
The apartment also has private parking. As part of this rental, you can subscribe to numerous services: Linen rental (sheets + towels + bath mat + tea towels): €20 per person per stay.
