Villa dei Faraglioni is a magnificent property located in the exclusive Island of Capri, the property faces the worldwide famous Faraglioni offering stunning sea views. The villa is just about 10 minutes walking from the famous Piazzetta, located in a peaceful area of the Island it offers to its guest a relaxing and exclusive vacation. The property is divided into two units the main villa which spread in 3 levels covering 320 square meters and the dependance located at the ground floor of the building with its own private entrance at the street level and covers 60 square meters. The main body access is by a gate from the streel level with stairs takes up to the firs level where the entrance leads into a bright living area equipped with sofas and flat screed satellite TV, a dining area with table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom with washing machine; from the living area is possible to access to the first terrace divided in two sections one with table and chairs for al fresco meal and one with a garden sofas and arm chairs where to enjoy the enchanting sea view; from this terrace a staircase takes to the upper level solarium with a 360 degrees view, just facing the Faraglioni the terrace is equipped with a jacuzzi tub, sun lunges and tea table. back inside from the living room a staircase takes to the upper floor with the two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms one with shower and one with tub. Dependance: the entrance from the street level leads to the living area and the equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The property has all amenities needed such as air conditioning, internet wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, Satellite TV Distances: The villa is located in the south east side of the Island of Capri, facing the Faraglioni, it is about 10 minutes walking from the center of town with all services needed, from the town is possible to reach the Port either by taxi, bus or Funicular. Rental Roles: Included in the rental price: Final cleaning, mid stay cleaning with change of bath towels for minimum 3 nights stay. Important note: Since the street where you can park is quite narrow, small to medium sized cars are recommended. Extra costs (to be paid upon arrival): A cash refundable deposit of 1.000 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages. If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases. City tax: from € 2.00 to € 5.00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards).
