Located in Imperia, this 70 sqm vacation home accommodates up to 6 guests and features 2 bedrooms and a living room along with 1 bathroom.
You will find air conditioning throughout all rooms, private WiFi, TV, and a washing machine for your convenience.
The property is situated on the ground floor of Villa Parodi, a private structure inhabited by the owners, and has been completely renovated and newly furnished with a private garden. Step outside to enjoy your private garden with access to a shared grill, lawn area with solarium, and shared outdoor pool located 20 meters from the house.
The pool is shared with camping guests who are quality visitors and respectful of the rules. Parking is available both on the street and at the property.
Pets are welcome during your stay.
Events are not allowed, smoking is prohibited inside the house, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by adults.
Quiet behavior is required to avoid disturbing others. You will find yourself 600 meters from the beaches and close to 2 supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias.
The property is conveniently located 500 meters from the cycling path that extends 28 km to Ospedaletti along the coast and crosses through Imperia city.
The location is near the Imperia West highway exit.
Local experiences include exploring Borgo Prino, Borgo Cappuccini, Borgo Foce, Borgo Marina, and Borgo Parasio, with bicycle rental available locally. The hosts live on-site but not in your booked accommodation.

Die Ferienwohnung und die Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Betten sehr bequem. Die Gastgeberin war vor Ort und jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Es gab einen tollen Pool, der wenig von den anderen Gästen genutzt wurde. Es herrschte insgesamt eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre.
Die Lage insgesamt war in Ordnung jedoch ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen. Die nahegelegene Autobahn haben wir im Haus überhaupt nicht gehört. Im Garten war sie zwar wahrnehmbar, wie störend das empfunden wird, ist jedoch sicherlich Geschmackssache.
