Shower room (shower with double sink), WC.
On the 1st floor: Large room (exposed beams) with an equipped kitchenette (induction hob/oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware) opening onto a living room with a wood-burning stove (TV).

On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds (one with a bunk bed), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with a double bed.
Tastefully decorated, pleasant cottage. - Included in the price: Wi-Fi, baby bed and high chair, and wood provided for the wood-burning stove. - Additional charge: Electric heating.
Electricity and water billed (meter reading at end of stay).
Rates vary according to current EDF rates.
Tourist tax. - Optional services: Bed linen rental (€8/bed) and bathroom linen rental (€5/person).
Cleaning fee (€90).
Pets may be allowed in certain cases with the owners' agreement.
For companies and business travelers: Bed linen rental and cleaning fee are mandatory.

We had a lovely stay as a large family group, hiring all three gîtes on the site. Very good location for visits to Disneyland and Paris. The gîte was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative was the electricity wasn’t included and needed to be paid in cash at the end of the stay.

Le gîte est propre et bien équipé, mais le manque d’intimité est regrettable. Il n’y a pas de rideaux dans le salon et la proximité avec la propriétaire, dont la fenêtre donne directement sur le logement, peut mettre mal à l’aise.
