Comfortable. Well equipped. Good location, 10 mins to West Croydon, buses to E&C, Lewisham, South Croydon, Crystal Palace. Quiet area and LIDL less than 5 mins away. Full sized fridge freezer all mod cons and good TV selection. Good water pressure and hot water.

Lovely place was clean and put together, owner replied very quickly and answered all questions that I had. However some utilities would be good to have in the kitchen, and shower water can get boiling hot need to be careful with that, however the place was great and we enjoyed our stay.
