Located in Guggenhausen, this newly built 100 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms.
The two-storey house features a living and dining area with sofa and fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen offers an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, as well as toys and books for children.
The house is step-free accessible and offers self check-in. Outside, you will find a private, 600 m² fenced garden with open terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, private barbecue and parasol.
The quiet outdoor area invites you to relax and dine al fresco. You can park in parking spaces as well as a carport.
There is a lockable bicycle garage with charging facilities for e-bikes.
Pets, smoking and events are not allowed.
Public transport is within walking distance.
