The apartment is located in the Migliarina district, a well-served and quiet residential area, close to Migliarina station and XXV Aprile Park. The historic center and the waterfront can be reached by bus or on foot.

The accommodation consists of living room, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and terrace.

A short distance away are the Public Gardens, the Garibaldi Monument, the Morin promenade, and the Thaon de Revel Bridge to the port. A little further away, in the historic center, are the San Giorgio Castle, the Naval Museum, and the Center for Modern and Contemporary Art (CAMeC).

Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment in only 8 minutes by cab (3 km).
