Private apartment for 2 or 3 adults, or a couple with 1 or 2 young children – Quiet and convenient – Périgueux Located 15 minutes on foot from the historic center of Périgueux and only 500 meters from the hospital, our independent apartment is perfect for a getaway as a couple or small family, a business trip, or a stopover to explore the Dordogne.
Situated on the garden level, attached to our house but completely independent, the apartment offers a private entrance, a covered terrace, and access to part of the garden.
Sleeping arrangements: - One bedroom with a king-size bed 160x200 cm or 2 beds 80x200 cm upon request. - Comfortable bedding. - A 120 cm sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two children.
Amenities: - Bathroom with shower. - Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, mini dishwasher, 6 kg washing machine, traditional oven, extractor hood, induction hob. - Free Wi-Fi. - Heating. - Sheets and towels included.
Baby equipment available on request (no extra charge): - Baby cot. - High chair. - Folding changing table.
Outdoor space: - Access to a private part of the garden. - Covered terrace for meals or relaxation. - Private barbecue available.
Parking: - Free street parking (not private). Nearby: - Périgueux hospital: 500 m. - Historic center, cathedral, museums: 15 minutes on foot. - Shops, restaurants, shopping center: 10 minutes on foot. - Greenway for hiking and cycling, as well as many beautiful villages and towns in the Dordogne.
