Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.The property is easily accessible by car. Ponta Delgada airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.Guests will have access to the entire home!This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This charming 1-bedroom house offers the perfect base to explore the beauty of Furnas.

Relax outdoors in your traditional Furnas shared garden or settle into the cozy indoor space. The living room features a comfortable seating area and a TV where you can catch up on your favourite shows. The open plan kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. For added convenience, the home also includes a shared laundry room. The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Great place to leave your stress behind Great location in the picturesque town of Furnas, with day to day necessities only a little stroll away. The house and garden are beautiful, lovely and well kept. Without the provided heaters it would have been rather cold.

Great location. Lots of street parking. It’s an older property but in great condition. Our main complaint was that the shower temperature fluctuated between scalding hot and cold very quickly. Overall great stay, would recommend.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the Accommodation a lot. The highlight was the garden, full of sunshine, nature and quiet places to relax. We would come back again.
