The large south-facing balcony is furnished with chairs and a sun umbrella, inviting you to relax.
Parking spaces, also suitable for larger vehicles such as 3.5-ton vans, are available directly in front of the house.
The city of Königswinter charges an accommodation tax of 5% of the respective turnover, which is already included in the rental price.
