We are delighted to welcome you to our modern and stylish vacation apartment suitable for up to 8 guests, located between the Pineta and Sabbiadoro areas.
The complex is surrounded by a large green, wooded and quiet area and the beach and the center of Sabbiadoro are approx. 1 km away.
The apartment is built over three floors.
On the ground floor you will find a modern living room with one double sofa-bed, a kitchen area with a gas hob, a fridge and a freezer and a microwave, a cozy outdoor bathroom with shower and wc, a fully equipped terrace with a private garden and a fireplace where you can enjoy your time during your vacation. On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms with one double bed and a lovely balcony, a second full bathroom.
On the top you will find a loft with two single beds. To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped withamerican coffee maker, air-conditioning and microwave. Free shared washing machine available. Covered parking lot included. One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency. Included in the price: -Linen and towels (the first supply is free of charge) -Free Wi-fi access in the garden and pool area The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions.
Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory. A bicycle rental service is available at the apartment. Check in from 17:00 until 19:00. Check out from 08:00 until 09:00. Beach service is always included in the price of your stay. Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type.
Apartments may differ in details such as furniture, decorations and colours *Lignano Sabbiadoro is a popular and appreciated tourist summer destination, with several kilometres of golden sandy beach, ideal for families and groups of friends.
You can relax on the beach under a parasol or practice sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball and water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paragliding, water skiing and fishing.
Lignano Sabbiadoro offers a variety of restaurant and bar choices to always suit your food taste excellently.
For your outdoor activities or food recommendations, our local agency staff is always happy to offer support and suggestions. There will always be someone from the staff available in case of need and we will be happy to provide advice on what to visit and do in Lignano Sabbiadoro. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

Wat een heerlijke plek! Het terras met tuinmeubels was perfect voor een kopje koffie in de ochtend, We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de uitnodiging voor de wijnproeverij, wat een heerlijke ervaring was, De locatie tussen Pineta en Sabbiadoro maakte het gemakkelijk om beide gebieden te verkennen,

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Familienurlaub in dieser Unterkunft! Die Kinder liebten den Swimmingpool, der eine perfekte Möglichkeit war, sich nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen abzukühlen, Der Außenkamin war großartig für Abendbarbecues, und wir genossen unsere Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse, Sehr zu empfehlen!
