Upstairs, there is an air-conditioned eat-in kitchen with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom.
Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms (one large, one small) and another spacious bathroom.
The furnishings are traditional Spanish style, featuring dark pine wood and light-colored tiles. The Mediterranean garden, with oleander, bougainvillea, and palm trees, offers numerous retreats—enjoy sea views under the palm trees or relax sheltered from the wind in the courtyard.
Meals can be enjoyed on the covered terrace overlooking the city lights.
Sun loungers, a large dining table, and a barbecue are available for your use. The pool is located below the terrace and provides wonderful views of the sea and Montgó.
