Surrounded by nature and located on the 2nd floor of a historic Veronese farmhouse, this one-bedroom apartment enjoys panoramic views over the beautiful, wild Val Squaranto and the Valpolicella vineyards. It is the ideal accommodation for a couple or a small family wishing to explore the wonders of this region. In fact, it is a good base from which to visit Lessinia and its unspoilt nature, stroll through the vineyards and olive groves on the Veronese hills, reach the medieval castle and the Austrian forts of Montorio, bathe in the icy waters of the resurgences and, of course, fall in love in the historic centre of Verona. Lake Garda is less than an hour from home. Cities of art such as Padua (1 hour by car), Venice (1 hour 20 min by car, but we recommend taking the train. Duration 1 hour), Mantua (1 hour by car) are easily reachable by car and train.

Inside the flat, you will find a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, ideal for two adults and up to two children, while the bathroom has a shower. In addition, a fan is available for those days when you simply wish to circulate fresh air from the neighbouring forest.

The house is 2 kilometres from the village of Mizzole, where you will find a bar, restaurant and pharmacy, and 5 kilometres from Montorio, a district of Verona with shops, supermarket, pizzeria, pastry shop, bar and the main services. From there you can take the bus to the historic centre of Verona. Given the hilly location, the house is not directly served by public transport.
