The furnished terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy large breakfasts or great al fresco dining.
Set on the first floor in a building without lift, this 80 m2 sized apartment features a bright and airy living room where you can relax after a nice day on the beach.
There's a dining area with table and 6 chairs as well as a basically equipped kitchen including a vitro stove top, an oven and a dishwasher.
Besides, this apartment provides you with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
There are three bedrooms; two with a double bed each and one with one single bed. All bedrooms come with a wardrobe.
If you come with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair.
A bathroom with shower and bidet is available. Oliva is a nice, Mediterranean town, known for its beautiful, fine grained beaches with golden sand.
The shallow waters makes the beach perfect for families with toddlers.
The villages offers all necessary services for your stay, supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
The old town of Oliva and the natural park of Marjal are good ideas for a half day trip.
Font Salada springs are wonderful for spending a day relaxing in its warm waters.
If you fancy playing golf, there's a golf course a 7 km. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 27 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay.
Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted.
A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station.
You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. Distances Beach: 0.250 km - Playa de Oliva Airport: 96 km - Valencia Golf course: 7 km - Oliva Nova Town: 0.01 km - Playa de Oliva Train station: 14 km - Gandia Bus stop: 0.01 km - Playa de Oliva Ferry: 30 km - Denia Hospital: 13 km - Gandia Guests are kindly required to dispose of all rubbish and ensure the property is properly tidied before departure.

Wir fanden zwei Doppelzimmer ideal für uns plus ein Einzelbett für unser Kind beim Besuch der Großeltern in der Nähe. Die Küche war zweckmäßig eingerichtet für einfache Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse.
