Welcome to Saint-Denis d’Oléron, to this charming holiday home nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 150 meters from the wild coast and 800 meters from a beautiful sandy beach.
Ideal for 4 to 6 people, this bright and functional house offers a peaceful setting for holidays with family, friends, or your four-legged companion. Outside, you can enjoy a fully enclosed garden, perfect for letting children play safely, as well as a sunny terrace equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture for convivial meals after the beach. Inside, you will find a bright living-dining room with a dining area and relaxation space, two comfortable bedrooms with storage, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, complete crockery, etc.), and a functional bathroom.
A private garage and a parking space in front of the house are also at your disposal. The beaches, the lively port of Saint-Denis, shops, restaurants, and the daily local market are all within walking or cycling distance.

Maison de vacances très fonctionnelle et très confortable, situé proche de la côte sauvage. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la proximité de l'océan.
Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre à l'étage sous comble, le ventilateur était le bien venu.
La chambre du bas renferme le ballon d'eau chaude de grande capacité ( idéal pour la famille) mais dégage beaucoup de chaleur la nuit. Heureusement pas de moustiques cette année, nous avons pu dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.
Pensez à apporter un petit ventilateur dans vos bagages.
