The location of the flat is ideal for visiting all attractions and cultural points of the city.
The center is at walking distance (10 minutes) , the new promenade, the old promenade, the white tower, the archeological museum, the universities, the folk art museum, 10 minutes walk to Helexpo and the Concert Hall.
All bus lines are passing very frequently under the house, so is really easy to move around daytime and night time.
Also is very easily connected to the airport by bus. Three room apartment with separate kitchen and two bathrooms.
All rooms are fully furnished for a comfortable stay even for long rental.
All rooms are extra large with double bed and an extra bed and table forming a small living loom . There is a big Balcony with direct view at the sea. his apartment is located to one of the city’s best living quarters just 100 meters from the sea front and with direct sea view.
Ideal also for walks by the promenade and to the big surrounding parks.
All rooms have fan ventilation and air condition.
The apartment is really luminous and fresh protected from direct sun light.
Is 15 minutes walk to the white tower and major sites, university museums the international fair is very near.
Connection to the airport is very easy as the buses stop opposite to the house.
Ideal for five star accommodation for small to medium groups can also be very comfortable for larger groups. The access of visitors allowed in the entire apartment. I like to meet the guests and provide lists and information about their stay (transportation, things to do , places of interest, bars, etc) This is one of the best living areas in Thessaloniki.

molto grande e spazioso, balcone grande e vista mare. molto fornita la cucina e bello il frigorifero
Tutto l'edificio e l'appartamento avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione, la pulizia potrebbe essere migliore, in cucina c'erano molte formiche e il bollitore dell'acqua non funziona. Tanti letti ma non c'è un armadio.
I liked my stay as it's a comfortable apartment for 2 families together, great location and view.

Чудесен апартамент, който се намира почти на крайбрежната алея. Има 3 големи и комфортни стаи, 2 бани, кухня и тераса с гледка море. Апартаментът е чист и удобен. Нямаше никакви лоши миризми, както се пише в останалите коментари.
Настаняването е от 15:00 часа, като бях писала, че искаме да се настаним по-рано. Телефонният номер, който беше предоставен ни свързваше с бот в Дания и нямахме никаква комуникация.
