Die Wohnung ist mit einem neuen, modernen Bad und neuer Küche ausgestattet.
Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet, ebenfalls mit recht neuwertigen Möbeln.
Älteres Haus, dass aber durch einen gewissen Charm überzeugt.

Das Haus ist zentral im unteren Bereich der Gemeinde gelegen und bietet die Möglichkeit sichere Abstellmöglichkeiten für Autos und Fahrräder. Kurze Wege zum See, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den Gastronomiebetrieben. Netter Vermieter und guter Check-Inn.
Der Ort ist sehr schön gelegen und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein großes Problem für den Ort ist allerdings die B 31, die als Hauptstraße sehr stark befahren ist und den Ort in zwei Bereiche teilt
