The 28 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation. Our house, located on a south-facing slope next to a vineyard with views of the lake and the Alps, is just a few minutes’ walk from the historic old town.
Three parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
The accommodation offers a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.
There are guidelines for proper waste separation, which you will be informed about on site.
After booking, you will receive a contact form, which you are kindly asked to fill out completely and provide your address.
This will ensure your stay is optimally prepared.

Wir haben die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohnlage als insgesamt sehr angenehm empfunden. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das neuwertige Bad mit großer, ebenerdig begehbarer Dusche. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen, so dass wir unseren Aufenthalt ohne Einschränkung genießen konnten. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder.

Tolle Gastgeber, sehr nett mit vielen Informationen was man vor Ort machen kann. Wohnung sehr sauber und gut Ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage stellen und auch laden. Ruhige Wohngegend. Bäcker nicht sehr weit, nur Sonntags geschlossen. Bis zur Fähre ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß den Berg runter. Im Ort selber viele tolle Essens Möglichkeiten. Kann man nur empfehlen.
