The 55 m² property consists of a living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
A baby cot is also available.
This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi, air conditioning and towels.
This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with an open terrace and barbecue facilities. The vacation home is rented in its entirety and is ideally situated with two beaches just a 5-minute walk away.
The Jurassic Museum and La Griega Beach are only 5 minutes away by car, while several notable surfing beaches can be reached within 10 minutes.
Public transport links are available right at the foot of the house.
Horseback riding is 15 minutes away, and active tourism options are accessible within 35 minutes. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome.
A travel cot and a high chair can be provided upon request and free of charge. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee). Please note that a cleaning fee applies to bookings with pets, and owners are required to supervise their pet on the property at all times. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Alles da was man in der Küche braucht , Kaffeezubreitung mit Espressokanne/ Herd. Toll waren auch die 2 Lebensmittelgeschäfte inkl. Backwaren im Erdgeschoß des Hauses. Wir waren mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs, daher nutzen wir die Bushsltestellen in Richtung Gijon und Ribadasella sehr nah des Hauses. Danke und gerne wieder

Der Gastgeber ist eine Wucht! Luisma ist freundlich, entgegenkommend und immer erreichbar. Er reagiert sofort, ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt viele tolle Urlaubstipps!
Die Ausstattung und die Lagebeschreibung entsprach nicht ganz der Wahrheit. Möglicherweise handelt es sich dabei um Übersetzungsfehler: es gibt keine Kaffemaschine - es handelt sich um ein Herdkännchen, Gewürze gibt es nur Salz und Knoblauchpulver und man braucht 10 Minuten über viele Treppen, um zum Strand zu gelangen - also nicht nah am Strand...
