Nicely renovated, this 25m large studio is ideal for a solo or a couple stay.
In the living room you have a premium double sofa bed.
The dining area is a real plus.

The shower room is neat and pleasant. The 2 large skylights contribute to enlarge the room and offer on view on the Eiffel Tower. Optimal layout in a quiet area, it will be your ideal HQ in Paris. It is located in the heart of the luxury 16th district with all the facilities around and an easy access. - 6th floor with no elevator - Well designed - Calm, at a prime location This apartment is rented exclusively under a Mobility Lease (Bail mobilité). In accordance with French regulations, a valid qualifying purpose of stay (such as professional activity, studies, or training) is required to be eligible.
The contract reflects the same terms and conditions as the platform through which the reservation was made.

Safe and clean, you'll find all the shops, grocery, caterer, restaurants, cinema next to the unit.

This apartment is on the very top floor, up 6 stories of spiraling stairs. The space is small, bed is a pull out couch but it was nicely and cutely furnished. Perfect for a couple to stay! We enjoyed our stay, but the stairs limited our desire to do things after returning to the room and conquering the stairs.

Overall, the location was fantastic with places to eat and groceries stores within a 5 minute walking distance and of course the Eiffel tower about a 20 minute walk as well. The apartment itself had everything you need for 1-2 people and is great for a short stay. The downside is this apartment has ...
