We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus station, D.Pedro V (lines 1M and 403), is just a one-minute walk away.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Massarelos is one of the Western Porto quarters. It starts right next to the river, near Miragaia, and continues to Rua do Ouro, near Foz. Taking a tour along the river is always a very nice experience. It lets you know a little more about the day-to-day life of the residents, who are direct descendants of fishermen and sailors. Even today, the shield of the quarter has the image of a sailboat. Massarelos also extends up the steep hillsides towards Boavista. Walking the hill through Rua da Restauração and Rua de Entre-Quintas, you'll find a hank of narrow alleys, making a strange link between the city spirit and the countryside.

The apartment is very nice and modern, with a comfortable floor. The location is excellent, 20 minutes walk from the centre. It has all the necessary facilities.
Ono na čemu bi mogli poraditi čistoća, dojam je da se ne čisti thoroughito, a najgore od svega je neugodan miris plijesni te kauč, madraci i bedina. Let us not forget that I do not keep the world clean.

The oven refused to switch on, despite our best efforts to resolve it. We contacted the team, who were willing to help, but we knew it would be useless as we had already exhausted all possibilities. The situation was inconvenient, as we really needed the oven, but we managed to adapt with the resources we had at our disposal.
Apart from that, everything was impeccable!

Very nice appartment, only issues were cigarette burns on the couch and a few amenities not working as they should. Otherwise, good value and nice area.
