We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Trindade is just a 6-minute drive away. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 19-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This modern one-bedroom apartment is perfect for families looking to stay in the city centre.

The property is a 10 minutes drive to various attractions (e.g. Clerigos Church and Tower, Livraria Lello), good restaurants and shops, and the Trindade station is just 6 minutes drive away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city! Welcome to my apartment! The cabin-like interior design offers comfort and serenity to guests.
The metro station is only a 6-minute drive away from the apartment. This 60m2 sized apartment is designed with an open layout; featuring a large sofa, kitchen which includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement and also a washer and ironing equipment available for your needs. The bedroom feature a double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need such as shower, toilet and hair dryer.
Towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. You may leave your luggage in the Welcome Center for free, while you keep enjoying the city! The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

the place is the same as the photos, the only thing is that it is far from public transport... and walking as it is Porto is a steep slope... but we loved the place! clean and modern

A fantastic stay in Porto! The location is right in the heart of the city, close to Avenida Santa Catarina. The accommodation is amazing—spacious, very practical, and equipped with everything you need. I also want to highlight the excellent Wi-Fi. You’re sure to have a wonderful vacation!
