Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 36-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This three-bedroom house, Esposende, offers tranquillity and natural beauty. The house is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. It's only 4-minute drive from the beach, so you can easily enjoy various beach activities and stroll along the shore.

The coastal strip stretching from Esposende to Ofir and Fão has been classified as a protected landscape area. It is considered one of the most beautiful stretches of Portugal's northern coastline. Within a few kilometres of the town are several well-preserved and fascinating archaeological sites, many of which date back to the Bronze Age. Many of these are centred around the nearby parish of Vila Chã, and the most impressive is probably the fortified village of Castro de São Lourenço. Esposende Verão is a highly anticipated summer event that runs from June to September, offering a vibrant mix of activities and entertainment.
