We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The nearest Metro station, Casa da Música, is just a 5-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) Practical and conveniently located 3 bedroom flat with all amenities for a comfortable stay.

It is the most popular street in the neighbourhood — one of Porto's most popular shopping streets. Rua de Cedofeita joins traditional commerce with stores of brands known all over Europe. It is quieter and smaller than Rua de Santa Catarina. It is ideal for a pleasant walk, buying souvenirs and having a snack in one of its cafes. Parte positiva: buena atención por correo, agencia GuestReady al lado del piso, piso espacioso, camas cómodas y estética buena. Metro cercano y zonas cercanas para desayunar
Parte negativa: algunas moscas en el piso, la insonorización no es muy buena, no hay cerradura interior en los baños, la cafetera no tiene filtro

The flat is just as it appears in the photos and description, very comfortable, clean and well refurbished. It is in a good area and well connected. We were very well looked after. I recommend it 100%. Thank you!
