We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. Closest Metro Station: Bolhão (2 min). This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

Great location. Walkable to main tourist attractions. Near supermarkets bars, restaurants and bakeries.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Just two things to keep in mind: no lift, just stairs, so for this room in particular is 3 floors up by stairs with luggage (not easy) and when you have a shower would be good to have a squeegee/scraper to remove the water from bathroom floor quicker.

Nice place, a bit noisy because of the construction site in front of it but the room has space, very clean (thanks to all the cleaners, very nice to have our beds made everyday).Next to bolhao market.

Bon emplacement, 5 min à pied de la rue commerçante Par contre, quartier bruyant, passage véhicules En plus chantier en face (mai 2025)La chambre aurait besoin d'un coup de peinture, surtout au niveau des fenêtres (peinture très ancienne, traces humidité ?), possède une mini mini salle de bain
