Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. . Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) Practical and conveniently located 3 bedroom flat with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Centrally located to enjoy all the city has to offer! In this apartment can sleep up to 7 people comfortably. 2 minutes distance to Casa da Musica Metro Station Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. For the price, it was a great offer. The place was quite clean, and we had a great time as 7 friends. Location is pretty good, there are supermarkets and coffee shops around. To the center, you can take a taxi for only 5-6 euros. However, we were very cold in the first day, and we think that there should be more heaters. Even though we put all the blankets on us, we were still shaking.
