We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation: - There are multiple bus stops that service the area. - The nearest Metro stop: Lapa : (10 min walking) - Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 100€ included.
Important note: The hot water works with a water tank when all the hot water is used it will need to wait approximately 40 minutes to refill.
Centrally located to enjoy all the area has to offer! This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center.

Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay. There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes. The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends. There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines. It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.

Accommodation in a good location to the city centre. Exactly as described in the pictures. Unfortunately we had several power cuts while cooking.
