Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. My home is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest train station, Campanha, is 7-mins away on foot. Several buses service the area. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-min drive from the apartment. Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property . There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Fitted with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave. The 2 bedrooms feature a comfy double bed and 2 single beds respectively.

The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.

Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. While free WiFi is available, the internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety. Please note: Municipal work is currently underway in front of the house to build a new footpath.

There may be some machinery and occasional noise during the day.
