We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Faria Guimarães metro station is just 3-mins away. Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) This modern three-bedroom apartment in Porto is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre.

Feel free to enjoy the complimentary Nespresso machine at your convenience. The bedrooms come either with one double bed or two single that can be pushed or split together if so desired.
Fresh linens, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done on the day of your anticipated arrival. Enjoy!

It's well worth taking a stroll around Santo Ildefonso to experience the tree-lined streets, churches, and cafés, thanks to its location within the very centre of Porto. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to keep you well-fed, before you enjoy a well-earned rest in one of the many charming hotels or B&Bs. Spent four nights here - beautiful modern apartment with all the amenities you would need. Multiple cafes and markets within a 1 minute walk. Easy access to all the tourist attractions and a couple of blocks away from Trinidad station which can get you anywhere in the city.

Apartment war sauber und sehr geräumig.
Allerdings waren die Rollladen im einen Zimmer defekt, wodurch auch das Fenster nicht mehr geöffnet werden konnte.
Die Lage war für uns Wochenende in Porto ideal und alles war für uns in geh Distanz erreichbar.
