You can follow the marked hiking trails that wind through the fields and forests, stroll along the Yerres River, go fishing, or relax in the garden surrounded by orchards.
Numerous local producers are located nearby (dairy products, poultry, fruits and vegetables, honey, flour, etc.). Tourist attractions: Vaux-le-Vicomte 15 km, Fontainebleau 35 km, Meaux 40 km, and Provins 45 km. You can reach the cottage by public transport: Verneuil-l'Etang train station (5 km) then bus route 21 (Boissy Léger / Verneuil-l'Etang).

Overlooking the street, this renovated, semi-detached village house is 100 meters from the owners' house. No private parking, but street parking or a municipal parking lot is available 50 meters away. To the rear of the cottage, overlooking the owners' fully enclosed apple and quince orchard, is a lovely 225m² private garden with trees and flowers, garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and two deck chairs.

On the ground floor: entrance hall, small equipped kitchen with access to the garden through a farmhouse door, living/dining room with a wood-burning stove, sofa, and TV, and a shower room with toilet.

Upstairs (safety gate at the top of the stairs): a sloping landing room with children's toys opens onto a spacious and pretty 19m² open-plan attic bedroom, furnished with a 140x190cm double bed and two 90x200cm single beds (exposed stone and beams).

- Included in the price: Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels. Baby equipment available upon request: high chair, crib, changing table, bathtub, and dishes.

- Additional charge: Electric heating (metered). Tourist tax.
